Applications :
Oxygen is supporting combustion. It is used in various processes as oxy-fuel cutting, welding, brazing, heating and related technologies. It is also used in large volumes to intensify combustion in steel production, glass melting, chemical and many other processes. Oxy-fuel welding is one of the first welding technologies used today mainly for welding of the pipes and for maintenance. Steel plates of various thicknesses can be cut manually or with using of CNC cutting machines. CNC oxy-fuel cutting is one of the most efficient methods for cutting of carbon steel plates in various metal fabricating industries. Oxygen makes heating process more efficient. It is frequently used for metal preheating in combination with fuel gases as acetylene, propane, LPG, natural gas, ethylene, propylene and other types of fuels. Accuracy of the oxygen pressure setting is important factor for quality and efficient technology parameters, especially in combination with high flow needed for cutting and strong preheating operations.
