Dip Tubes

Using a Dip Tube allows the consistent mixture of liquid and gases in mixed gas cylinders. When liquids are added first, such as liquid CO2, and then a gas is added, such as argon, the dip tube provides a more homogeneous blending of gas in the cylinders during the filling process, as demonstrated in the video below.

Why use a Dip Tube?

With a consistent mixture thanks to using a Dip Tube, you can get to work straightaway.

  • No wastage from an incorrect mixture.
  • Reduced time on rework.
  • Lower consumable costs - no need to buy extra cylinders to complete the job.
